¥By design a man is the head of the family. Heads hip here refers to Leadership. The key to Leadership is Vision. The man, as a leader should have a clear vision, for the family.

¥ A woman comes to help, man to actualize/implement the vision.

God said it is not good, for man to be alone(numerically Single), I will make him a suitable help meet(companion).

God gave man work, before he gave Him a wife.

Genesis 2:4* “…… In the day that the Lord God made the earth, and the heavens, 5.When no plant of the field was yet in the earth, and no herb of the field had yet sprung’ up_ for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was no man to till the ground.

¥Both man and woman are genius and well adapted to their God ordained roles. A woman for instance is genius, in nurturing children and home making’. God empowereyd her, emotionally to conceive and take care of Children, and His husband. God entrusted women to carry children.

¥On the other hand, Men are wired more for work. Work is a man ‘s first love. Men should work hard, providing for the family, while the woman, takes care of the home, this is God’ s design, a woman comes to offer a strong’ support to a man-supplement his weaknesses, and vice versa.
